Your Wee Hut

Your hut is beautifully hand crafted by Blackdown Shepherds Huts and we think it is rather special, let's hope you do to.  You should find all you need from games, books, and a Bluetooth digital radio to keep you entertained. 

The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, cutlery and utensils, so if you choose to cook on the induction hob then you can.  The little fridge is big enough to keep your beers cool and store the essentials, some of which we will provide.  The full sized double bed very cleverly fits into the wall (it's so easy you don't even need to put the covers away) to reveal a comfy seating area for you to chill out on, the table can even be a dining table or a coffee table, it's all very clever!

The wood burner stove packs a punch and your hut is fully insulated with high performance, safe and environmentally friendly sheep wool which will keep you cosy in the winter months.  There is a towel rail in the bathroom as you can't beat a warm towel for when you step of out the shower. Storage has also been thought of with both hanging and drawer space.  There is even a hidden full length mirror! 

We provide a GHD hair dryer for your use during your stay and there are lots of USB and plug points throughout the hut.

Outside you will have a lovely wood-fired hot tub which is for your private use, if you would like your hot tub to be hot for your arrival please let us know as we will make sure it's fired up for you - It does take a while to heat that much water!  The fire pit doubles as a BBQ so you cook up a storm if you choose.  There are BBQ tools for your use.

On your arrival you will find a few useful basics for your first night and a tea tray with a yummy treat for you to enjoy straight away. Your breakfast hamper will be delivered to you after your first night in the hut.

We hope we have thought of everything you may need for your stay but we will be on hand if you feel we have missed something.  If you are coming to us to celebrate a birthday, anniversary or any other occasion and would like to arrange something a little bit special then please do get in contact as we love a challenge! 

* Please note there are 4 steps leading up to the shepherd's hut and due to the nature of the accommodation it may not be fully accessible to wheelchairs but please do give us a call for further details and to talk through your access requirements.
